Refund policy
We design products to move effortlessly through life. If something isn't right, we'll make the return process just as effortless.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags attached
To begin a return, email support@technicallygolf.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after your return has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact support@technicallygolf.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Final Sale
Gift cards, personalized products, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
